Blue Islands provides year-round, sustainable air connectivity to and from the Channel Islands. Our ATR72 fleet operates 900 flights per month, between the Channel Islands, UK and Europe from our bases in Jersey and Guernsey.
Our purpose is to keep our communities connected - a vital role, ensuring the socio-economic wellbeing of our beautiful home islands.
Whether new customers or frequent Blue Skies Club members, our Customer Care team is on-hand via email or telephone to assist with enquiries, requests, reservations and provide guidance on our routes and products; we have an exciting opportunity perfect for someone passionate about providing outstanding customer service to join our team.
With excellent written and verbal communication skills, together with a high-degree of IT literacy, you will have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and a can-do attitude. Previous travel industry or customer service experience would be advantageous.
