  1. The three prizes are supplied by the promoter Blue Islands, Blue Islands Hangar, Le Bourg, Forest, Guernsey, GY8 0AN.
  2. The prize draw is open to Jersey & Guernsey residents aged 18 years or over only, except employees of the Promoter, their families, agents or any third party directly associated with administration of the prizes.
  3. All winners chosen at random.
  4. Flights are subject to availability.
  5. The prize includes return flights from Jersey or Guernsey to Southampton for two people plus two tickets for the Southampton FC vs Watford match - Saturday 13 April, Kick off 15:00. Prize does not include accommodation and onward transport, ground transport, food or insurance.
  6. The decision of Blue Islands regarding any aspect of the prize draw is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into.
  7. Prizes are non-exchangeable, non transferable and no cash alternative is offered.
  8. Prizes cannot to be used in conjunction with any other offer.
  9. All normal terms and conditions apply as per the Blue Islands General Conditions of Carriage
  10. In the event of a flight delay or cancellation, not alternative will be offered, and prize winner tickets are exempt from Flight Compensation Regulation UK261/EU261/04 (article 3.3)
  11. There is no responsibility for entries not successfully completed due to a technical fault, technical malfunction, computer hardware or software failure, satellite, network or server failure of any kind.
  12. Blue Islands reserves the right to hold void, cancel, suspend, or amend the promotion where it becomes necessary to do so.
