Potential weather disruption 26 & 27 January 2025

With adverse weather conditions forecast for 26 & 27 January in Guernsey and Jersey there is potential for disruption to some services and we are offering customers with flights during this period the opportunity to amend travel plans and change the flight(s) in your booking without charge.

While we plan to operate your flight, you will be able to rebook on an alternative flight and date on the same routing (on a first-come, first served basis) up to 7 days from your original travel date(s) – no change fee or fare difference is payable.

If you wish to stay on your original flight(s), and you have not online checked in, no further action is required.

If you wish to rebook your flight(s), press the REBOOK button below and follow these instructions:

• Select 'Change Flights' from the top menu
• Tick the flight(s) you wish to change
• Choose your alternative flight(s) - a fare will be displayed but you will not be charged (basket value should remain at £0)
• Confirm your selection and proceed - you will receive a new confirmation
• Once you have made your change, subsequent changes will be subject to normal fees and any fare difference

Already checked-in?
To enable you to rebook we have un-checked you, if you are not changing flight you will need to re-check-in, either online or at the airport.

Codeshare flights
The rebook option will only be available on flights operated by Blue Islands; you will be unable to make changes to flights you may have in your booking that are operated by our codeshare partners.

As your flight is due to operate refunds are not possible - unless it is cancelled.
